Romain is Deputy COO for Europe, in charge of coordinating the team and investment activities in the Region. He is also a member of the Executive Committee, leading transversal initiatives to support the company’s growth.

Romain joined Meridiam in 2010 in Paris where he was involved in the development, structuring and closing of major transportation and social infrastructure projects in Europe.

He then transitioned to the US team in 2016 to support the investment effort in North America, where he participated in the development of several projects.

As COO for the Americas he then supervised the operational team while coordinating investment in various sectors (campus utilities, biogas, transportation, fiber deployment), as well as portfolio management activities in close coordination with the asset managers of around 20 projects in the region.

Romain graduated as an engineer from Ecole des Ponts (Paris) and holds a master in Project Finance.
